Your business data matters.
This is a summary of how the private beta currently works. It is not the final public-launch privacy policy, which must be reviewed and completed before customer registrations open.
What the beta holds
Account and login details, your business workspace and setup choices, scheduled posts, editorial work, and business finance records that you enter or import. Only authorised workspace members should be able to view that workspace's data.
Services used
Vercel hosts the web app, Neon stores its business data and authentication, and an existing email provider is used for configured publishing reminders. GitHub may hold article source content when you choose to publish through Content Desk. Payment processing has not launched.
What you can do
Contact support to ask about your records, corrections, exports or deletion. Dedicated self-service account deletion and a complete retention and backup policy are still being prepared.
Do not rely on this beta as your only copy of tax documents or business records. Financial reports should be checked before being used for HMRC or Universal Credit.
